Hangers
"Do you guys sell hangers?" I ask the lady behind the counter at H&M.
She looks at me for a brief second.
"No, we don't." Then a smile. "But I would love to give you some."
A moment later she hands me a plastic bag.
I thank her.
Walk away.
Count.
Thirty hangers.
Thirty!
I should put her on my list of people to send Christmas cards.
